The seat makes the car ride much more comfortable for my wife, who has a bad back. What I really want to commend, though, is the company's customer service. While traveling, we inadvertently slammed the controller in the car door, which cracked the circuit board, rendering it inoperable. I contacted customer service hoping for a solution and they responded promptly and offered me a replacement seat, which is really above and beyond. I could not be more delighted with their response!
